Kathryn & Aaron
This session was done in Forks, WA and I swear I've never seen a more magical Forest than the Hot rainforest! It is definitely worth the trip if you haven't been.
Kathryn and Aaron are my absolute DREAM clients! She found me on instagram and hired my for their July Wedding. I mentioned wanting to expand more into Washington state for sessions and they knew that the Hot rainforest was THE SPOT. So we all made 4 hour treks into the tiny town of Forks. Kathryn decided to rent an AirBnb for all of us to stay in over the weekend... Now, I want to do this with every client! After wandering the forest and laughing over their love for true crime documentaries and their joke of "who will end up killing who, first" we made dinner together, had drinks and chatted until almost midnight. I can happily say Jordan and I have added to our circle of friends.
I love that Kathryn and Aaron wanted to incorporate their silly sides with some intentional awkward photos and Aaron spying from the background. During her free time Kathryn mushroom forages and we were able to include her basket in some of the shots. These photos will forever be beautiful memories of a fun adventure through the Hot rainforest.
